1. What is the difference between Poland Spring and Deer Park?
Poland Spring comes from a spring in Poland Spring,
Maine, while Deer Park comes from protected springs near the Appalachian
Trail. Spring Water has a range of nuances and tastes, determined
by the minerals that are naturally present as the water travels through
the earth into a spring. By virtue of these minerals, Poland Spring
and Deer Park each has its own unique taste.
2. How often will I get a delivery?
Deliveries are made every 20 business days. For your convenience we give you a delivery schedule, indicating the specific days your water will be delivered to your home or office each month.

If I run out of water, how can I order more?
If you ever run low or completely out of water, just call our Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081 to schedule a special delivery. Please remember we do require a minimum of two 5-gallon bottles or three 3-gallon bottles or 3 cases or $50.00 worth of E-Z Delivery items. Special or off-route deliveries will incur a $9.99 fee. If you are able to wait until your next scheduled delivery day, the Off-Route Fee will not be charged.
4. Where should I leave my empty bottles?
Please leave your empties outside or in a prearranged location by 7am on the morning of each regularly scheduled delivery.
5. What if I forget to leave my empty bottles out?
If you forget to put your bottles out, you can wait until your next scheduled delivery to return them. Your Route Salesman will still deliver your average monthly order.
6. How can I change my order, or skip a delivery?
Should you need to request more water on your next delivery, wish to purchase additional products, or change your order in any way, we request that you place a call to the Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081 at least 2 business days before your scheduled delivery date to allow enough time to process your order.
Should you need to skip a delivery, we also require that you call ahead at least 2 business days before your scheduled delivery day to avoid unwanted delivery.
7. Can I also have coffee, bottled water by the case, or other products delivered?
Yes! We offer a huge assortment of bottled water by the case to suit your on-the-go lifestyle. We also offer cups, assorted beverages, snacks, and many additional household products. Our full line of products can be found in our E-Z Delivery Product Guide that is left by your driver. To place an order for any EZ Delivery items found in our Product Guide, please call our Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery, or you may order right here at our on-line shop.
8. What if I lost my E-Z Delivery Product Guide?
If you lose your E-Z Delivery Product Guide, or would like to request another copy for a friend, it is available by either calling our Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081, or you may view our vast selection of items right here at our on-line shop. Remember, our E-Z Delivery Product Guide is updated frequently, so keep your eyes peeled for the newest version with your delivery!
9. How often do I get billed?
You will receive a bill every four weeks. When you pay by Credit Card, you will not receive a bill in the mail unless you specially request one. For information on how to receive a paper bill, please call our Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081.
10. What hours can I reach your Personal Accounts Department?
You can reach our Personal Accounts Department Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm at 800-624-0081. You can also send an email to info@watchungspring.com and you will receive a response within 48 business hours.
11. Do you require delivery minimums?
Watchung Spring Water does require that our customers receive two 5-Gallon bottles or three 3-Gallon bottles or three cases of water on every delivery. If you find that you are not using that much water, you may call our Personal Accounts Department at 800-624-0081 to alter your delivery schedule or to arrange to call in as needed. We are flexible with many options to suit your delivery needs.
12. How much is your Fuel Surcharge?
Our Fuel Surcharge is calculated on the 30th of every month based on the previous month’s average fuel cost. Please see the table for more information.
